Being a huge fan of Ultimate Fighting Championship, Charles Haycox barely misses a card of the martial arts league. The UFC gym at Anthem got his attention when he was deciding which gym to choose to train himself.
Haycox is a lieutenant working for the Highway Patrol of Nevada but he owns a few restaurants in the Green valley region and lost about 30 pounds by working out rigorously for 60 days. The training method at the gym burns 800-1000 calories after every workout. Although the training is very hard, it works wonders.
Haycox and his wife has decided to open a Gym in Green Valley for the UFC as the next business they want to take on and the gym opens this weekend. This will be the fourth gym of the UFC that opens in South Nevada. He thought of this gym because the UFC is one of the biggest brands now in the world.
Charles says that the gym he made is meant for fitness and not for fighting. The gym gives the best workout that anyone can get. The gym is spread around 6000 sqft and has an octagon, weights, rubber floor, training and exercise machines. People from every age can come to train, be it children or adults. There are programs that help weight loss, gain of muscle and also improve the health.
The gym will be following other facilities that follow the UFC regime thoroughly all over the world and Charles attended a seminar to learn the details of the franchise and also to make sure that the gym has the exact tools that are needed to make the UFC involved.
Forrest Griffin, a Las Vegas resident and also a fighter of UFC will come to inaugurate the gym on Saturday around 2-4pm. Bryan Caraway and Anthony Njokuani will also be coming to this program along with Forrest and they will be meeting the patrons and also encouraging people to fitness.
